Vivia for Conferences

Turn your venue into a living art quest.

Attendees prove they were at a booth, hunt for hidden art around the venue and unlock promos and pre-recorded messages. Every find saves to their Art Passport, and you get the data.

How it works

From the show floor to their Passport in five steps.

01

We place the art

Sponsor booths get a signature artwork panel. Hidden pieces go in corridors, stairwells, lounges and quiet halls you want people to find.

02

Attendees scan

They point their phone at the art. Vivia recognises the real piece, so a photo of a photo or a shared link will not count.

03

The piece comes alive

The artwork animates on their screen and unlocks what you attached: a promo code, a speaker welcome, a swag voucher, a slide deck.

04

It saves to their Passport

Every booth and every find lands in their free Art Passport as a living keepsake they can replay long after the event.

05

You see the floor

Organisers and sponsors see visits, repeat visits, quest progress and the attendees who chose to share their details.

Proof of presence

Real booth visits, not clicks.

A QR code can be shared in a group chat. A Vivia booth artwork has to be seen. The scanner recognises the real painted panel in front of the attendee, so every check-in means someone actually stood at your stand.

Sponsors get a verified count of who came by, when, and how often, instead of a guess from a badge scanner queue.

Hidden art around the venue

Send people where the crowd doesn't go.

Hide original artwork in quiet halls, stairwells, lounges and the far end of the expo floor. Clues unlock as each piece is found, turning a walk around the venue into a hunt people talk about.

Spread foot traffic to the back aisles, the breakout rooms and the sponsors who paid for them.

Quest ideas

Game formats that work on a show floor.

Booth trail

Visit 8 sponsor booths to unlock the conference keepsake and a prize-draw entry.

Hidden art hunt

Six pieces are tucked around the venue. Clues appear in the Passport as each one is found.

Keynote bonus

A piece outside the main hall unlocks a speaker's private message only during their session window.

Day-two return

Come back on day two and the same art plays a new chapter, rewarding people who return.

Promos and pre-recorded messages

Attach a reward to every piece.

When the art comes alive, it can hand over anything you attach to it:

  • Pre-recorded welcome or thank-you videos from speakers and sponsors
  • Promo codes, discounts and booth-only offers
  • Swag-bag and coffee vouchers redeemed at the stand
  • Downloadable decks, white papers and product sheets
  • Audio tours and short artist stories
  • Prize-draw entries for completing a trail

The event lives on in their Art Passport.

Every booth visit and hidden find saves to the attendee's free Art Passport as a living keepsake. They can replay the animations, rewatch the messages and find the promo codes again after they fly home, so your sponsors stay in front of them well past closing day.

Data for organisers and sponsors

See the whole floor, live.

Organisers get a live view while doors are open and a full report afterwards:

  • Verified booth visits and unique visitors per booth
  • Busy and quiet areas of the floor, hour by hour
  • Quest starts, finds and completion rates
  • Which unlocks were opened, watched and saved
  • Opt-in contacts for sponsors, only from attendees who agree
  • A clean report for every sponsor after the event

Attendee contact details are only shared with sponsors when the attendee agrees.

Everyone wins

One game, three kinds of value.

A floor that moves. Fuller back aisles, longer stays, a reason to return on day two, and a report that proves it.

Sponsors & exhibitors

Attendees

Something to play between sessions, prizes to chase, and a Passport full of living keepsakes to take home.

Questions organisers ask

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. The scanner opens in the phone's web browser from a link, QR code or your event app.

Can someone fake a visit?

The scanner checks the real artwork in front of the camera, so a forwarded link alone will not unlock a booth.

Who makes the artwork?

Local artists we work with, or your own brand artwork. Artists are always paid and credited.

What do sponsors get from attendee data?

Visit counts and engagement for their booth, plus contact details only from attendees who choose to share them.

Does it work in dark halls or crowded aisles?

Yes. The scanner has a light button and is built for one quick tap in busy spaces.
