St. Pete is the Sunshine City, and its official song is “You Are My Sunshine”. Jeffrey Sincich and Josh Stover's tribute wraps the east side of the Morean Arts Center: bold vintage lettering over a pale sky blue wall, a soft yellow sun rising behind the word ARE, and SUNSHINE running down the building's corner return in tall stacked letters.
